The staff at Vertu Ford Gloucester were good because they listened to my requirements without being overbearing. I was particularly impressed with Tiegan who was relatively new to the dealership, yet built up a good rapport with myself and my wife, being able to answer most questions we had or able to quickly find help for anything she didn't know. Her Manager, Michael, was also very courteous to us, and was able to support Tiegan through the process of us buying and part exchanging our car. The sales environment was friendly and a very calm place to discuss our requirements and work through the various forms and paperwork.
